Top notch, he did an excellent job and basically ran the plant by himself on 2nd shift. Very strong troubleshooter, mechanically and electrically.
Excellent time management, he prioritized his day well and did a great job when machines would break down or if an emergency occurred. He was always on it.

Nothing I can recall. He was always eager to better/ improve himself.
Additional Comments
If I had my own business or team "I would absolutely work with him again and would want him on my team. He was a team player and knew his stuff, we hated to see him go.
