*** ******* *****. *******, ******* 36027 ~ 706-***-**** ~ *****************@*****.*** *****.********@*******.***

Objective

My objective is to obtain a position utilizing my skills and experience in managing a diverse workforce to achieve goals through effective communication, reasoning, and teamwork.

Professional Portfolio

Manage a diverse workgroup and help to promote a safety culture that achieves high standards in the industry.

Manage functional teams to assist in obtaining organizational goals and minimize downtime through innovation and optimization of safety procedures and customer-supplier relationships.

I have constructed a desirable maintenance department at the MDV Columbus Ga. location. I help bring up the operation from an empty building to a location with over 450,000 square feet of rack and converted a dry storage to cold storage. I have cut the dollar amount of repairs with a extensive Pming system that saved MDV last year several thousands. All of our equipment was shipped to us used and not maintained. We now have a good fleet with little down time. I also save our operators several hours a week with a battery changing machine. We were using two portable changers. I found a MTC ride on changer that was use and at original cost was around 60,000, I was able to purchase it for 6,000 in return saved MDV man hours and made it safer for the operators.

I help set the standard with customer satisfaction of truck loads with four Orion wrappers. Ones installed and fine tuned we now have a 98 percent customer satisfaction with better quality loads.

I conducted a yearly electrical class for all of the maintenance team. This includes high/low voltage, ac/dc. The class consists of contactors, relays, no/nc switches, buss bars, and an extensive trouble shooting course.

I conduct annually Ammonia safety classes in the event of a release.
