3. Work experience:

Worked as TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER in THERMAX Limited, Pune from 1st July, 2015 to 30th June 2016 and look after the commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of Vapour Absorption Machines

(Chiller/Heat pump).

Working in Ms Scan Steel Limited, Budakata as maintenance engineer in power plant department (8 MW) from August 2016 to January 2017 .

Working in Ms Scan Steel Limited, Budakata as Turbine Operation engineer in power plant department (8 MW) from January 2017 to continuing till dated.

4. Work details

Experience in maintenance of Equipments such as Cooling tower, ID fan, PA Fan, FD Fan, Boilers, Bag Filters, Dosing Pump, Safety Valve, Level Gauge glass.

Planning of daily, weekly, monthly and shut down maintenance work and its requirements.

Installation, leveling and alignment of rotary equipments like ID,FD,PA Fan.

Knowledge of Hydraulic Test, Alkali Boil out, Steam Blowing, Pressure setting and boiler preservation.

Immediate work over break down and its trouble shooting. 5. Specialized Training Program Held:

1 Week Vocational Training at M/s OCL INDIA LTD, Rajgangpur, Odisha .

Familiar with Cement Roller Vertical Mill (CVRM), Bag Filter, Conveyor Belt and different processes in production of cement.

Ensuring smooth operation of Turbines/Boiler during normal and emergency conditions to prevent equipment / unit tripping/ protect equipment and personnel

To monitor and take corrective actions on DCS / Field during any abnormalities in the shift with the objective of ensuring smooth running of power plant.

Monitoring & controlling steam/ air/ fuel/ water parameters to achieve maximum efficiency of boiler & turbines from control room & from field.

Evaluating the need for changes in parameters like temperature, pressure or flow, to satisfy varying plant load situations.

Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment.
