Handle all disability claims and mitigate risk and compliance issues.

HR consultant with union and managerial staff concerning HR laws and reasonable accommodations.

Decrease time to fill by 65% in first 90 days.

Retention rate went from 73% to 81% in 6 months of my focus on retention efforts, goal for 2018 is 85%.

Completely revised organizational structure, created 17 new mission focused positons.
