Responsible for both Electrical, Civil & Mechanical works.
Responsible For SCADA Commissioning.
Responsible for maintaining 220KV HT Breaker consist of VCB, 4x650KVA Inverter, 50MVA Power transformer, SMCB Monocrystalline Photovoltaic modules required in the day to day working
Testing: Transformer’s, Breaker’s (Electrical/Mechanical), Cable Testing, ACDB testing, DCDB testing, Testing& performance of Special Class CT’s & PT’s, Pre Commissioning Test. maintenance strategy for the plant including High voltage of 33KV system during PG Test and O&M.
Troubleshoots plant electrical problems during PG Test to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment
Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
Responsible for installation of underground 220 &132 KV transmission line of about 2 KM
Responsible for HT & LT XLPE cable Laying, Cable Terminations and Cable Jointing
Installation of distribution transformer for supplying of power to power plant
Responsible for proper erection and termination in HT Panels, erection of array and peripheral lighting, battery bank and charger installation and commissioning
Installation of cable supporting trays in trenches, drainage crossing and wherever necessary raises as per drawings
Responsible for distribution of power to various inverter rooms
Installation of HT panels, Power conditioning system (PCU) and UPS in different inverter rooms
Assist : Support Purchase Department in finding local contractors, sub contractors, distributors for balance of system parts,
Documentation: Maintain Site Record, expenditure/costing, material, inventory record, test/ commissioning result etc.

Erection operation commissioning of power transformer 220/33kv
Involved in erection commissioning of sf6 vacuum circuit breaker voltage transformer (CT &PT),protective control circuits, Testing and calibration of meter, Relays of the panel battery chargers and its documentation.
Executed cable laying of HT cables, switch yard control panel connection, instrumentation works and HT testing of cable etc.
Maintain daily weekly and monthly reports of the substation activities.
Supervising all ongoing works at yard and line.
Bharat heavy electrical limited Trichy worked as technical Apprentice in Feb 2013 to Feb 2014 in that period i have attended break down maintenance and troubleshooting in relay logic controls roof lighting troubleshooting in welding machine 20 torch,FFW,PPM,MEMCO,STB,ATCEP,ROTO, and MCO machines.
Power electrical works ltd worked as Electrical supervisor in Mar 2014 to Dec 2015 During that period Responsible for all activates in electrical engineering in addition, also charge in electrical drawings.
Responsible for carrying out daily task an supervisor in general every duty checking the all company in machine like welding machine.
Sun Technologies India Pvt ltd worked as project supervisor in Solar power plant Jan 2015 to till Sep 2017 During this period Responsible for proper erection and termination in HT Panels, erection of array and peripheral lighting, battery bank and charger installation and commissioning, Testing Commissioning and maintenance of 11.5 MW solar power plant Responsible for both Electrical, Civil & Mechanical works Responsible For SCADA Commissioning.
