Created HR procedures, drafted policies, selected administrative staff. Worked closely with IT contractor, insurance broker, 401K TPA, database consultant and other vendors. Also handled some office management tasks. Position was eliminated. Resource Manager Evans Newton September 2008 – March 2012 Managed consultant allocation/scheduling for educator coaching and training projects in school districts nationwide. Created systems to monitor status of services delivered against contracts, forecast required staffing resources/competencies based on existing/anticipated contracts, acted as registrar for continuing education courses.

Acted as office/facility manager. Assistant to CEO Carlisle Plastics, Inc. Sept. 1994 – March 1997 Carlisle was a $450 million manufacturer of plastic products with 13 facilities in the US and Mexico. Responsibilities included corporate travel management, event planning, compiling and editing management reports, drafting correspondence, numerous special projects, as well as administrative support for the CEO and the Board of Directors. Carlisle was acquired by Tyco International and the Phoenix office was subsequently closed.
