Project: Currently project essentials were but not limited to complete bench testing as well in vehicle testing to provide Quality product. This project is for the Control monitor unit (CMU). Our team conduct infotainment testing for the embedded system. Specializing in software validation; including Vehicle application testing from small to large business Applications. We conduct testing along the entire V model. We test individual electronic control units and their embedded software, as well as integrating these control units into sub-systems, a complete functional system.
Responsibilities:
Review/analyze the Requirement Documents for User and Functional Specifications.
Lead team of QA’s for multimedia, and TCU to ensure features are delivered per specs and maintain quality per expectations.
Interact with various PICs and developers to resolve the technical issues to meet the client’s requirement for a quality software product.
Write daily status reports on test accomplished activities, short term plan activities, and concerns.
Execute use-cases for regression testing after new releases.
Perform black box validation testing for various Infotainment Domains.
Perform simulations using K2L viewer such as collision detection, changing the gear positions, changing the vehicle speed, invoking VR, HVAC, lane watch camera, reverse camera, amplifier volume control, and others as required per test entities.
Test page flow navigation between different pages to test functional responsibility.
Perform live GPS and simulation testing for navigation as required.

Responsibilities:
Prepared required test data for executing test such as assembling appropriate test bench, test cases, and required tools pertaining to testing.
Perform validation testing for Apps, Navigation, Wi-Fi, BT/Connectivity, Tuner, Audio sources, HMI, Meter, Fuel Economy, Vehicle testing and Bench testing.
Utilized Vector Canoe for simulation purposes in Bench Testing such as reverse camera, HVAC and capturing CAN logs.
Develop testing programs that address areas such as regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Performed manual Smoke, Sanity, HMI and Functional testing to ensure quality of the product. Testing the launch of new and enhanced vehicle connected services via mobile phone platforms such as Android, iOS or Windows Phone.
Write, manage, and maintain test cases based on product use-cases and software specifications.
