Manage industrial wastewater treatment facility including customer relations, contract administration, regulatory compliance, personnel and budget administration. Direct plant operations, oversee treatment process, maintenance and repair, and insure compliance with local/state/federal permits and regulations. Select, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel. Plan, prepare, implement, and monitor departmental budget. Administer and track contracts with industrial customers including monitoring of pretreatment requirements and customer billing. Communicate with customers, regulatory agency personnel, vendors, local government officials, and GCWDA personnel.

Challenge: Develop facility, improve plant operations and recruit new business.

Rejuvenated facility, improved public relations, recruited customers and increased operational output from 345,000 gallons to a high of 2.56 million gallons per month (742% growth)
