•Taking Care of joining formalities of the Employees. Co-ordination with the new joins of the internal employee, Explain the salary details & Employee Relationship.

•Familiar with work all type of Register like Maser roll, Workman, Wages Register, loss & damage, Fine, over time, Advance Register. Familiar with Labour license, WC policy, Insurance, PF Challan. Knowledge about Safety.

•Successfully completed all HR role like Labour License to Form-V and Half yearly, Full Yearly Returns, PF Handling,All material IN or OUT, Total Gate Pass in Construction,/ Audit / Shutdown Piping site assembly / Fabrication,/ Erection,/ Modification, Hydro Testing in Refinery Projects.
