ON 042313 AT ABOUT 5:20 PM THE COMP STATED THAT SHE WAS IN HER OFFICE WHEN SUSPECT APPROACHED HER AND TOLD HER TO LOOK AT A PICTURE OF HER NEW GIRLFRIEND ON A CELL PHONE. THE COMP GOT UPSET, AND ADVISED SUSPECT THAT SHE DID NOT WANT TO SEE THE PICTURE. THE SUSPECT THEN BEGAN PUTTING HER CELL PHONE IN THE COMP'S FACE AND INSISTED THAT SHE LOOK AT THE PICTURE. AFTER THE COMP REFUSED THE SUSPECT THEN BEGAN SCRATCHING THE COMP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HER FACE WITH HER FINGERNAILS. THE COMP SUBSTAINED A HALF INCH CUT WHICH REQUIRED SEVERAL STITCHES, AND ALSO SUBSTAINED SEVERAL LONG SCRATCH MARKS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HER FACE. THE COMP STATED THAT CO-WORKER'S ENTERED HER OFFICE, AT WHICH SUSPECT LEFT LOCATION. AT ABOUT 10:00 PM THE COMP THEN DROVE HERSELF TO PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. RO GUARDIOLA #7335 WAS WORKING OFF-DUTY AT THE HOSPITAL WHEN HE WAS APPROACHED BY THE COMP TO FILE A REPORT. RO GUARDIOLA ASKED THE COMP IF SHE WANTED TO WAIT SO A FAMILY VIOLENCE PACKET, AND CAMERA COULD BE BROUGHT TO THE LOCATION. COMP REFUSED, AND STATED THAT SHE JUST WANTED TO GO HOME. COMP STATED THAT SHE WOULD ADVISE A FAMILY VIOLENCE DETECTIVE OF WHEN SHE CAN COME DOWN AND SPEAK TO HIM. SUSPECT WAS NOT AT LOCATION. RO CONTACTED SGT. SIGALA #7595 AND NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. NFI.
