Performance and Evaluation of the Mangalam CETP for obtaining ZLD 100% flow effluent generated processing capacity for M/s Mangalam Common Effluent Recycling Technologies India (P) Ltd-Tirupur.

Design data was collected from each unit operation of the CETP and Adequacy report of design was assessed using a scoring Method

Actual operational efficiency of the CETP was evaluated by collected samples at each stage of treatment.

Project on Assessment of Soil Samples affected by Leachate intrusion in Vellalore Dump yard at Coimbatore city (Oct 17 – Mar 18)

The study of soil characteristics was undertaken to assess the quality of soil due to solid waste at Vellalore Dump yard.

Leachate tend to migrate in surrounding soil may result in contamination of underlying soil and groundwater.

An increasing amount of municipal solid waste and its consequent problems of disposal have become major environmental issues in urban areas.

Uncontrollable and unscientific disposal of solid wastes contaminate the Soil, Water and Air. Project on Increasing Compression Strength of Concrete using locally available waste materials (Dec 15 – May 16)
