VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP

Working at the McCann Erickson world group was a complete honour for me as I got to coordinate my first event which enabled me to interact with all departments of the group acquiring information and getting to know the internal morale of the company and its employees. I was responsible for getting all the elements in place so that the employee appreciation workshop was a success. Branding, labeling, and weekly motivational clues leading up to the event was included in this opportunity. I learnt how to multitask and 3

work under pressure in a highly creative environment where brainstorming ideas was a daily norm.

I have also assisted in decorating and displaying for special events in my country doing installations and interactive displays. This allowed me to focus my creative ideas on a larger scale and challenged my innovative skills.
