Converted 693 Office Max Retail Stores over to Office Depot’s POS systems by ensuring all conversion tasks for each store was completed on time in order to make the Conversion Date.

Worked with internal departments to create Exception Reporting to identify problems within the Supply Chain Process which were a direct result from the Conversion Store Project.

Manually ran the North Large Order Reports for Office Max Converted Stores and for the South Office Depot Legacy stores to identify orders that had conversion issues and needed to be KILLED ASAP on a daily basis.
