The function of the Bayshore Information Systems (IS) is to provide leadership and direction related to the selection, design, development, testing and technical support of business systems. IS is continuously involved in identifying opportunities for business system enhancements, integrations and Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence solutions. Responsibilities

Developed key project management deliverables and processes including Gantt charts, high-level and detailed project and communication plans and documenting and assessing risks to change management strategies.

This Bell Quality of Service (QOS) project is to Extract the auditable data elements (Customer Order Information) from Bell’s Database (Field Work Force Management), perform some ETL processes and forward it to another Database (Operations Data Mart) in the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) in order for the CMA group to conduct a proper analysis of Bell’s compliance to CRTC rulings.

Responsibilities

Performed analysis of feed created from ODM DB to FWFM DB in order to meet requirements.

Worked closely with Project/Program Managers, ETL Developers and QA testers, by conducting JAD sessions and conference call meetings.
