(FORMERLY VALERO CORNER STORES) NYSE (CST) Real Estate Development Manager US Western Region Scottsdale, Arizona June 2013 - June 2018 Developed and implemented the successful western United States NTI (new to industry) store program. Developed new Convenience Stores entitled with fuel and alcohol representing over $125,000,000. Actively developed future store openings in for the western markets representing over $80,000,000. Multiple development sites in the entitlement and acquisition pipeline. Acquired on behalf of CST Brands the new $42,000,000 corporate campus consisting of 92 acres & 560,000 sq.ft of combined office & warehouse facility in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, negotiated the corporate campus lease to existing tenant (Pearson) of 117,000 sq.ft. Developed and managed the construction plan, design and budget with consultants, architects and general contractor for the 150,000 corporate campus office building remodel. Commercial Development Director San Antonio, Texas February 2012 - May 2013 Established the commercial development division of Troy Jessee Construction. Managed reconstruction of a 20 acre campus into an international children's residence (DACA) including housing, medical, recreational and dining needs within a seven building campus on time and budget. Created the redevelopment strategy, budget, architectural planning and construction timeline. Replaced all incoming electric utilities, plumbing, fire suppression, septic and HVAC systems.
