Providing the needed documents to process the prior authorization

Answer/schedule appointments for 4 dentists and 1 hygienist

Print all end of the day reports to keep track of the dentist’s production

Process and reconcile all private and Medicaid insurance payments

Track and deposit all payments and verify with the bookkeeper

Sending out claim electronically at the end of the day

Research all rejected claims, process the correction for the claim to be paid

Handling all patient complaints
