Job Description :

Desk Handling- Maintaining different types of reports such as Missing & Breakages, guest request, maintenance, Room verification report etc.

Interacting with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.

Inspected the rooms with free of maintenances

Co-operate with level leaders, room attendants, Supervisors .

Good knowledge in handling guest requests.

Good understanding of the property management soft wares.

Prepare the room discrepancy list for Front office.

Coordinate with Engineering / Maintenance department for room maintenance issues.

Give proper handover to the next shift and mention all responsibilities in detail to next shift staff before leaving.

Updating the Housekeeping data board with information like VIP inhouse, Today's occupancy Percentage, arrivals, departures, to do list, rooms for super cleaning etc.

Responsible for Departmental keys and guest room master cards .

Report any repairs and maintenance work that needs to be done in the rooms, corridors and service

Good at computer works.
