Steven Graham
I am not a property “Manager”.
I am a “Developer of Incomel Property Value”.
Each & every asset in an Income Property Portfolio should have a Strategic Plan for the Enhancement of its Long Term Value, and in my world, that is an
extremely proactive & constantly creative experience. I gladly embrace the challenge of aggressive Excellence, and I welcome being held accountable for it
as our team goes out and delivers it day by day!
2
Principal Areas of Experience & Expertise
Coordinating diverse teams of professionals in achieving aggressive goals for a given project or an entire portfolio.
Development of Detailed Demographic & Site Analysis for the
“Strategic Plan” to successfully Develop & Market the Project.
Managing & Marketing Commercial Real Estate with daily planning & accountability to achieve monthly & annual goals. Steven Graham Profile
Steven learned the commercial real estate business in his father’s company in Dallas from the time he was a young teenager. He had his minorities removed to buy & sell properties, became a licensed real estate broker at 21 & began a lifetime career in Development & Management of commercial real estate properties in very competitive markets.
Steven is a unique juxtaposition of seemingly contradictory elements. He was raised on a working ranch in rural East Texas yet studied in England and earned a business degree in Real Estate & a Master’s Degree in Communication Arts both with honors from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
This diversity of culture & experience enables Steven to be equally effective with both the sophisticated Beverly Hills Portfolio Owner or the “good old boy” behind
the permit counter in Missouri or Texas.
“I am always taken aback by the Real Estate Professional I encounter who are extremely uncomfortable being held accountable on a daily/weekly/annual basis for what they say they will deliver. For me & our Development & Management Teams,
I know no other way to produce the aggressive goals of Lease Up & Long Term Enhancement of Value we have promised.” 3
