oRFC 1050, Web Content Management System- Critical design with 3rd party vendor involvement (via RFQQ) enabling WAHBE users to edit and manipulate website content on demand utilizing Drupal, allowing for greater efficiency responding to business and regulatory needed site changes, and saving millions of dollars in development costs over time.
