High speed, Double extraction, condensing Turbine,TRIVENI make steam pressure before ESV 64 Kg/cm2, Temp. 485 C. The power plant supplies power to its Textile plant as well as to the MPEB grid.

Monitoring & controlling steam / Air / fuel / water parameters to achieve maximum efficiency of Boiler

& Turbine from control room.

Identifying, analyzing & solving problems in the area of Turbine governing system, pressure part of

AFBC Boiler.

Maintaining all preventive maintenance.

Overhauling and maintenance of power plant equipment.

Turbine rolling & shutdown operation.

Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports of power generation.

Observe parameters (Reading) & chemical dosing in cooling tower.

Turbine major & minor annual overhauling with service engineer

Pre-commissioning checks, no load trails and overspeed trip check.

Maint.of cooling tower & c.w.pump.

Team member of Autonomous Management A.M.Circle.
