Description:

The Facility Database Application is the authoritative source of information on the organizational structure and the individual business entities of Fresenius Medical Care N.A. With the Facility Database application the users view, add or update business entity data and create reports, mailing labels and extracts. Users access the application from FMCNA intranet. All users can view business entity data and generate reports. A restricted group can also add business entities, update business entity information and generate dialysis location extracts for their designated locations.

Physician Database is the primary source of information about the physicians who are affiliated with FMS. This application provides the ability to track and query physician information, produce reports, create a list of physicians based on specific criteria and produce mailing labels.

Treatment Sheet System (TSS) - The clinical staff performs the treatment transactions of a patient in the Treatment Sheet System. They can open and close the shifts in TSS. They assign a patient to a treatment station and document the Hemodialysis setup.

Chairside System is same as TSS except the treatment data is entered through touchscreen.

Doctors Corner web site has Clinical Reports available to doctors.
