Worked as a Bar Head Cum/Assistant Restaurant Manager in ( International Buffet/Bar )Services in SHAHENSHAH PALACE,Hotel in India from August 2010 to April 2016.

Job Role :- Managing operations of three high volume restaurants and organise staff of over 150 employees

Coordinate administration, budget, payroll, staff and vendors.

Analyse and plan restaurant sales and organise marketing events and promotional plans accordingly.
