II URS-CMTS Partnership – South Florida 2006-2009

URS provides comprehensive Planning, Design, Construction Management and Program Management Services for the private sector, public and federal government agencies internationally. Construction management, operations, maintenance, decommissioning and closure services for Institutional, Industrial, Commercial, Energy, and Infrastructure Markets. Reorganization of the Program Management of the ADA Program for Miami-Dade Schools, MDCPS, in 5 months for 62 schools under construction or in design. Construction completion within a 3 year period.

Management of the Quality Assurance Program for the City of Ft. Lauderdale 2011, $800 million infrastructure rebuild for sewers, water lines, pump stations and sewage plant improvements involving 25 QA project managers and inspectors overseeing a multiple of contractors-subcontractors, to a successful conclusion. Build a fourth school with value of $12 million which was 4 months behind schedule prior to my employment. Project finished 3 months ahead of schedule and planned occupancy.

Financially closeout a $5million project for the Carolinas Hospital System including commissioning, remedial work and subcontracts.

II Dominion Construction Services, Inc.-Pittsburgh, PA 1994-2004 Dominion Construction Services provided General Construction and Construction Management Services for the Institutional (Healthcare-Education-Museums), Commercial, Industrial and Water-Wastewater Markets in states of PA-OH-WV.
