URS provides comprehensive Planning, Design, Construction Management and Program Management Services for the private sector, public and federal government agencies internationally. Management of the Quality Assurance Program for the City of Ft. Financially closeout a $5million project for the Carolinas Hospital System including commissioning, remedial work and subcontracts.

II Dominion Construction Services, Inc.-Pittsburgh, PA 1994-2004 Dominion Construction Services provided General Construction and Construction Management Services for the Institutional (Healthcare-Education-Museums), Commercial, Industrial and Water-Wastewater Markets in states of PA-OH-WV.
