DUTIES/REPONSIBILITIES

Job safety analysis,hazard identification plan and risk assessment for the compliance of every projects

Negotiate with clients to meet needs and objectives in order to facilitate the company safety and security.

Carry out inspection and checking for all HSE related procedures in site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement inspection and HSE plan.

Perform all daily task inspection and test of the scope of work and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in for all works under the contract performed ON and OFF site.

Responsible for the workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of HSE engineering

Taking care and compiling of HSE document of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test result, inspection request, non-compliance reports, site instruction /observation, permanent materials delivered and other HSE documents.

Develop method of statement for the activity including risk assessment, safety environment analysis, inspection HSE plan and checklist based on specifications of the project.

Carry out inspection and checking for all HSE related procedures in site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved job safety analysis inspection and HSE plan.

Perform all daily task inspection and test of the scope of work and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in for all works under the contract performed ON and OFF site.

Coordinate with the consultant`s representative and site in-charge for inspection and meeting about HSE problems including report.

Responsible for the workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of engineering relating HSE policies.
