Main objective of the SCRP program is to provide about 27,000 additional international standard classrooms and missing facilities which includes toilets, sanitation, electricity and water connections in more than 30,000 government schools of Punjab Province alone.

Construction of 5 school buildings consisting of 20 class room each at Bhai Pheru (Project Value: 100 millions)

Construction of 3 school buildings consisting of 14 class room each at Chunian (Project Value: 60 millions)

Construction of 4 school buildings consisting of 24 class room each at Patto key (Project Value: 90 millions) Highlights:

Analysing the drawings contract documents, BOQs and technical specifications of Schools of District Lahore.

Assuring the structural/architectural integrity, HSE requirements and QA/QC perspectives during construction and enforcing the contractor to rectify the construction issues even in Defects Liability Period

(DLP).

Handling the projects to conform desired specs & standards and issuing Non Conformance Report (NCR) to contractor if work is not executed as per desired/agreed parameters.

Taking concrete measures for capacity building of contractors and their site supervisors and assuring the IMC construction standards to have safe and sound school buildings in the end.

Establishing good interpersonal relationships with community/CCSI/SC and settling the construction related technical conflicts raised by community.

Fully responsible for handing over the completed schools to the concerned Education Department.
