Project Summary:

Administrative Services Only (ASO) is a plan provided to administer employee health claims. ASO involves hiring an external services provider, called third-party administrators, to handle the administration of a company’s self-funded health benefits. A self-funded ASO plan transfers the financial risk to the employer. In a traditional group insurance plan, the direct risk is on the insurance company. Either way, employees and employers still share the costs of the benefits. In the end, though, the employer handles the shortfall.

Basically we are developing Middle Layer.

Description:

The project involves design and development of RIB to enhance the functionality according to the RBI regulatory requirements. Retail internet banking is banking in which banking institutions execute transactions directly with consumers, rather than corporations or other banks. Services offered include savings and transaction accounts, mortgages, personal loans, debit cards, and credit cards.

Responsibilities:

Involved in programming, implementing, testing, debugging and maintaining of Java EE application to meet the organization's needs

Implementing functionalities using design pattern oriented architecture includes Action/Controller, Service and DAO layers.
