(2)OCTOBER 2014 TO August 2016 IN D.B. POWER UNDER PPSEPL 2*600MW POWER PLANT,BARDARHA, RAIGARH(C.G.). as Maintenance engineer in CHP (COAL HANDLING PLANT).

(3)September 2016 to June 2017 in T.R.N. Power(ACB Group) Raigarh(C.G.) Under DESPL 2*300 MW power plant In Coal handling plant maintenance department.

(4)From JUNE 2017 to FEB. 2018 with AKA Logistics Pvt.ltd. 3*660 MW Power plant In MAHAGENCO,Koradi,Nagpur(Maharashtra) Coal handling plant in Maintenance department.

(5)Currently I am working with Premier plant and services Pvt Ltd. Under Clint DB Power 2*600MW power plant. As O&M engineer.

Role:

Planning the day-to-day maintenance related activities and allocating work for achieving monthly production targets.

Excution of shutdown jobs with given time frame.

Readyness of sprare like Repairing of Hydraulic valves,in house reparing of hydraulic cylinder, bearing and coupling changing and its alignment.

Verifying documents such as equipment History card, Breakdown maintenance records making,audit related activity,mechanical and hydraulic check list, oil and lubrication consumption report, SOP of equipment.

Procuring materials and streamlining system for effective inventory control, ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production targets

Monitoring the technical specifications, for improving product quality & reducing lead time for deliveries.

Monitoring activities from conceptualization to execution including finalization of technical specifications, progress monitoring & manpower planning.
