It is with great enthusiasm that I am applying for the position of receptionist at Beacon Healthcare Communications. I am meticulous in my work and have a keen attention to detail. I truly believe that a happy employee is the key to success. I am the organizer, the doer, the mover and the shaker who is on a constant quest to learn new things and get things done. I am the caregiver who makes sure that everything and everyone is equipped and capable of doing their very best. As the support person to the team I strive to make things happen as smoothly and efficiently as they possibly can. Over the past few years I have learned so much about pharmaceutical advertising and have even been the digital monitor for a client’s drug website. Learning new things and helping to find ways to perfect a process is a vital part of my personality.
My career has taken me in many directions, constantly learning, perfecting and streamlining the tasks to which I am assigned and I adore people. I began my work at my last position as receptionist and hr assistant and was promoted to office manager in November 2017. From ordering supplies, to scheduling interviews, from maintaining schedules to managing all building maintenance for both of our locations, I thrive on being active and getting things accomplished. I am a self confessed neat freak, who likes things orderly and keeps them that way from the kitchen to the conference room. Attention to detail is the core of my being.
