Cleaned more than 200,000 data with more than 70 features by using dplyr package;
Used tm package to do text mining and sensitive analysis and created selected features by using Lasso regression;
Leveraged Random Forest Tree, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, XGboosting to train training dataset and applied model to testing dataset;
Achieved accuracy of 86.5% for the best prediction model compared to the baseline.
