New Member Portal: The main purpose of member portal is to provide transparency, clear and simple customer experience. New Member Portal – is a new responsive site which combines 3 different portals (BCBSM, BCN and IKA) which Allow members to view their coverage, claims information and Explanation of Benefits, Copay information for different plans under single login which will give transparency to member and allow them to take health assessments, which will reduce premiums.
HealthCare Benefits Online (HCBO): The main purpose of Group Portal is to provide transparency to the group representative and improve their user experience. This portal allows the group representatives the ability to better service their employees by viewing their claims, EOB’s and coverage levels. The group representative may also add, change or cancel employee coverage via HCBO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform lead system analyst and SME functions for Michigan Member Portal, Web Support and Customer Servicing tools, and Member Benefits Administration and Insight3Sixty systems.
Perform lead system analyst functions for the Michigan Employer HR portal. (HCBO).
Review new solution designs by attending Quality Review meetings, perform impact and gap analyses and approve technical design documents produced during the design phase of the project.
Process lead for the Incident and Ticket management ITIL functions, performing incident life cycle management process such as new incident triage, severity determination, defect root cause analysis, creation of application defect tickets, implement data remediation, adherence to the corporate SLAs and remediation of tickets.

Sales & Operations Planning project: The main purpose of this Data-Warehousing project was to provide Transparent Automated Global and Regional (Americas, Europe and APAC) Operations Trend report to Senior Management with information required to manage risk and understand relevant Business trend over different LOB (Line of Business). Additionally this S&OP project checked the data loaded into the data warehouse against the source systems CMS, CBS and ODP using Business Objects info view tool.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Worked closely with the Business to understand the Functional Specifications and system requirements and other issues throughout the project life cycle.
Analyzed Business Requirements documents to understand the detailed comprehensive test strategies to verify the system changes that meet the needs of the client.
