ETAN Limited/ETAN Transactional LP, Quality Manager – Dallas, State of Texas, USA Responsible for:

• Developing the Deliverable Quality Plans for ETAN’s tolling system projects as contractually required

• Performing Final Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) review of project documentation

(Deliverable Expectations Documents, Deliverable Plans) – such as system test procedures, training plan, project management plan, communication plan, organization change management plan, data migration/transition plan, minutes of meetings, monthly progress reports – with specific focus on contractual compliance, before final submittal to the client

(SANDAG, WSDOT, UDOT)

• Providing support to ETAN Corporate Vice President in setting up a quality management structure in the organization

• Providing support in ETAN’s technical bid proposal development, specifically in Quality Management

• Providing support to executive management on contractual requirements, specifically their interpretation or scope

Achievements:

• Development of the ETAN Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for the SANDAG Back Office System Project (SANDAG is San Diego Association of Governments. The QAP is a Deliverable in the Project’s Contract Data Requirements List.)

• Development of the ETAN Quality Management Plan (QMP) DED and Deliverable Plan, for the WSDOT Back Office System Project (WSDOT is Washington Department of Transportation. The QMP is a required Deliverable under WSDOT’s Request for Proposal for this project.)

• Reviewed and improved the ETAN Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) submitted to the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) as required under the contract with ETAN as provider of the back-office system for UDOT’s tolling operations

• Developed initial draft of the System Design and Development Document for UDOT, as required under ETAN’s tolling system contract with the agency

• Instituted a formal and structured QA/QC review process within ETAN to ensure all project documentation meets quality standards

Both SANDAG QAP and WSDOT QMP are among the project documents submitted by ETAN that have successfully earned formal client approval early on, resulting in the achievement of applicable payment milestones for ETAN.

The UDOT QAP had also been approved, for which ETAN earned the applicable payment milestone. July 2014 –

Egis Projects USA Inc., Proposal Project Manager – Orlando, State of Florida, USA Responsible for:

• Developing full technical bid proposals

• Ensuring quality of overall bid response package

• Facilitating responses to pre-Oral Presentation questions

• Active and direct roles in project implementation Achievements:

• Successful technical bid for the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) E-PASS and Violation Enforcement Operations Project in March 2015 with Notice to Proceed; team mobilization and transition from April to July 2015; start of operations in August 2015; re- organized Quality Team and hired new Quality Specialists, Trainer and Business Intelligence Analyst

o Re-structured the Training function at the CFX E-PASS project, hired new Trainer, conducted job orientation training to newly hired customer service representatives; re- structured the New Employee Orientation Training Program (job-specific) o Worked with the local project management team in conducting job interviews for key roles in the project
