Simulia is a direct result of DS’ acquisition of ABAQUS in 2005 and its following rebranding. Strategic Technology Planning, Migration and Integration: Reviewed operating results of the information technology function, aligned them to established objectives and strategic direction of the company. Transitioned ABAQUS (now Simulia) legacy systems spanning all business functions to DS global ERP platforms (Oracle, BO).
