Concrete construction firm – all accounting services, establish internal control & reporting systems, management as General Manager for seven years until owner retirement;

Interior design firm - all accounting and office management services for small private firm – including IRS situation resolve for numerous years of non-filing, for three years.

Business ownerships – for various service and manufacturing firms – purchase of distress status firms – re-organize and manage, maintain office & accounting functions, for time to provide growth and operational stability, and then sale of going concern entities.

Multi year service to six corporation group of retirement,travel & residential facilitiy businesses – sole accounting responsibility for total accounting function from cash receipts processing through monthly financial statements, sales tax filings, year end accounting function for CPA tax return filings. Contractual relationship terminated due to generational regime change and policy decision to establish multi staff accounting dep’t.
