Prepare and review broker-dealer documents with multiple states with knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations. Implemented Salesforce CRM after successfully completing the salesforce admin course. Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documents to complete annual audits. Assist in managing receivable funds from investors on behalf of clients.
