Background: I lead the litigation department. I reviewed cases to determine whether legal action is recommended. I prepared and filed lawsuits with the appropriate courts. I did all the court follow ups on court filings. I drafted and filed all summons and complaints. I then made sure all information was correct for the process server and had the defendant served.
