Syska and Hennessy CEM, Incorporated is a Construction, Engineering and Management firm with 10 offices located throughout the United States. Our main offices are in Los Angeles, San Diego and New York Corporate Office. I was responsible for processing and managing all contracts with Government and private entities. Government work focused primarily on major domestic contract with US Army Hospitals construction projects. Managed ongoing contracts in excess of $1 billion. Created a software program to track all incoming and outgoing billing workflow with clients and vendors. Duties included, verifying and monitoring insurance certifications, tracking and completing lien releases, implementing and monitoring budgets for disadvantaged and minority groups programs and monitoring workflow for facility management operations. Implemented collections program for CEM which was adopted firmwide due to a 100% success rate.
