Product : Intregrated Power Supply (IPS), 48 volt smart charger .

Customer : Indian Railways, (Jhansi).

Period : 22 jan 2015 to till now.

Working as “Customer support Engineer” Looking after breakdown, maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of IPS (Integrated Power Supply ).IPS used in signaling department at Station and IBH for power distribution and smart charging and uninterrupted power supply for signal, interlocked, block system,point machine and others .

Key Deliverables:

Commissioning, installation,troubleshooting and maintenance of Power Supply unite and its failure .

Undertaking Failure Analysis / Breakdown Analysis of Machinery & Equipments

Responsible for any breakdown and resolve them in turnaround time (TAT).

Documentation of failures and co-ordinate with IR.

Key role in running AMC of IPS system in Jhansi division

Converter's testing at hardware level.

Trouble Shooting of Converter's if any hardware problem.

Good Interaction with Client for Sales and Service Purpose and filling all reports as per requirement.
