SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, level, and flow gauges, and perform regular unit checks in order to ensure that all equipment is operating as it should.

Test results, and gauge readings such as temperatures, pressures, concentrations, and flows.

Start-up and shutdown plant and equipment by following procedures and under instruction from the Lead Operator, Plant Supervisor or Control Room Operator.

Monitor all aspects of the plant and report any deviations from normal practice.

Clean, maintain, and repair equipment, using hand tools, or request that repair and maintenance work be performed.

Complete log sheets and maintain a daily log of all events occurring in the assigned area. Attend and take part in verbal handovers at the start and end of shift.

Identify abnormalities in process parameters & report and make corrective action.

Ensure safe isolation/ purging of equipment as per procedure.

Ensure compliance with Permit to Work and HSE Regulations and Procedures.

Promote good Housekeeping and Waste management.

ERT Member: Work as member of ERT person of Pakistan Oil Fields Ltd.
