Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for controlling and monitoring the process parameters taking corrective and preventive action.

Implementation of online quality inspection system and CAPA system.

Conduct package integrity test in TETRA PAK products.

Track the reasons of the non- conformances and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are initiated by appropriate department.

Physio-Chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluations for raw materials & finished products.

Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis of raw materials and finished products.

Reduce risk by food handlers through consistent training on food handling techniques and food protection principles(GMPs - Food safety training)

Monitor, Maintain, & update accurate data on time without any deviations.

Shelf life study of all finished products.
