Projects Brief:

G+5+Roof Labor Accommodation building project (A, B, C, and D Blocks). It consists of Civil Structural works, Post tensioning slab in the Superstructure with civil finishes work. The Total Built up area is of 37418 Sqm that includes Ground floor parking + 5floors. Current Project 2:

WAREHOUSE & OFFICE BUILDING, G + MEZZANINE FLOOR

Location : Dubai Industrial City

Organization : Classic Builders Contracting L.L.C. Client : Royal United Metal and Glass L.L.C.

Consultants : Options Engineering Consultants L.L.C. Projects Brief:

Ground + Mezzanine Floor Warehouse and Office Building project in Dubai Industrial City. This project comprises of civil and Steel Structures works covered with Sandwich panel works. Total Built up area is of 14800 Sqm.

Current Project 3:

WAREHOUSE (GROUND +MEZZANINE FLOOR)

Location : Dubai Industrial City

Warehouse & Office Building Ground + Mezzanine floor is a 2 storied Commercial building, consists of Steel Structure Works with Decking Slab, Ground floor for Warehouse + Office. Total Built up area is of 2834 Sqm.

Estimation should be done for the Pre-tender drawings for various projects to quote tender and making Bill of Quantities to apply within the submission date.

Costing sheet is done for the tendering purposes as per the specs, to get prices, quotation from the Vendors and Suppliers as of in the current market rate.

Variations are to be raised if any changes in the drawings from the consultant once the project is awarded.

Update the weekly progress & status submittal to the consultant.

Billing claim from the consultant for every phase completion of the work.

Responsible for preparation of budget and invoices.

Prepare bills of various quantities on monthly basis.

Prepare subcontracts evaluation statement and contractual claims. Previous Project:

EMBASSY RESIDENCY-PHASE-II

Embassy residency-II is the Built up area of 3.2 Million Sqft in Seven blocks of total 21 Towers + EWS Basement +Ground floor+19Upper floors, EWS=Basement +Ground floor +17 Upper floors storied including of Swimming pool, Gym, Club house. Responsibilities held:

Preparing the Bar bending schedule for all towers and get approval from the consultant.

To Check and verify that latest approved drawings are being used at the work place on site.

Preparing the cut and bend schedule as per the schedule and deliver the material to site on time.

Inspect the works and materials with respect to specifications, latest approved drawings and approved relevant documents.

Preparations scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bill.

This involves verification of contractor bills with the applicable terms and condition certification and ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements like work contract tax and service tax.
