Estimation should be done for the Pre-tender drawings for various projects to quote tender and making Bill of Quantities to apply within the submission date.
Costing sheet is done for the tendering purposes as per the specs, to get prices, quotation from the Vendors and Suppliers as of in the current market rate.
Variations are to be raised if any changes in the drawings from the consultant once the project is awarded.
Update the weekly progress & status submittal to the consultant.
Billing claim from the consultant for every phase completion of the work.
Responsible for preparation of budget and invoices.
Prepare bills of various quantities on monthly basis.

Preparing the Bar bending schedule for all towers and get approval from the consultant.
To Check and verify that latest approved drawings are being used at the work place on site.
Preparing the cut and bend schedule as per the schedule and deliver the material to site on time.
Inspect the works and materials with respect to specifications, latest approved drawings and approved relevant documents.

This involves verification of contractor bills with the applicable terms and condition certification and ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements like work contract tax and service tax.
