Private labeled our “Smart Flow” Swiss Tool Holder to the largest Swiss Tool Distributor in the US.

Initiated Sales Data Analytics to target new customer business.

Negotiated with KOMET of America to become a KOMET Service Partner.

Responsible for the company’s three operations, with over 500 employees and twelve locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. The businesses included the 7th largest Coca-Cola bottling plant in North America, Viking Coca-Cola, Coors Distributorship and Versa Vend a full service vending company.

Obtained the top 10 status in Quality throughout the entire Coca-Cola system.

Initiated quarterly Face-To-Face meetings with all Branches and Sales Centers to better communicate with all employees.

Instituted Coca-Cola champion awards to recognize outstanding individual and team performance.

Implemented UPS Logistics to re-route all of our delivery routes saving $500,000 per year.

Participated in various high level contractual negotiations with the Coca-Cola Company.

Park Industries is the North American leader in Stoneworking Machinery.

Directed and led all aspects of daily operations, driving business and profit growth, for North America’s largest manufacturer of stone fabricating equipment serving worldwide clients with $82M in annual revenue. Developed, implemented, and maintained innovative procedures to identify and secure opportunities, cultivate managerial staff’s talents, and optimize enterprise-wide operations.

Increased sales from $36M to $82M in 5 years, formulating and directing strategic plans to improve close rate; realigned sales territories, aligning personnel’s talents with key clients.

Restructured organization to increase focus on customer service, preventative maintenance contracts, and parts sales.

Launched company to #1 market position, maintained status, and added $46M in new revenue, collaborated on introduction and re-engineering of 14 product machine tools.

Accelerated response times, increased customer satisfaction from 3.2 to 3.7 on scale of 4.0, restructured organization into Quick Response Office Cells (QROC); enabled each of 7 product platforms to have their own customer service and sustaining engineering personnel.
