•On standardization team for best practices for QC template. Reduced errors and liability.
•Created best practices with SOP(s) along with BRD to gather documentation that could be used to reference back to if questions arose at a later date and for others to be able to QC work. This reduced the rework along with errors in liability.
•Reduction cell phone charges with full audit of use. After the audit negotiation of new service with new phones reduced time of employees waiting for equipment to be fixed.
