Project Scope:

The project was focus on the following:

1.Optimized BP’s supply & demand using SAP core MM & PM functionality

2.Develop & Deliver user education across all business units

3.Impliment SAP best practices, inventory / supply chain process improvement principles and actionable KPI’s were developed to drive the initiative towards achieving BP’s inventory goals.
