1) 15/6/2013 to 20/6/2017- "BOMBAY RAYON FASHIONS LTD.TARAPUR"(INDIA),working as "DYEING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN CONTINEOUS DYEING DEPT".

2) 24/6/2017 to till working in "BLUEBERRY IMPEX"(CHINA)as quality executive.

AREAS OF EXPERTOES:-

Production in continuous processing plant:-

i.Proper analysis of fabric quality and review of machine wise production, production losses, product details, process lose & Re-Process.

ii.To take care of preventive maintenance of machines.

iii.Execution of production to incorporate P.P.C. Process & Quality Analysis.

iv.To take shop floor trials at customer’s end and take them to a logical conclusion based on techno-economics of the system.

v.Handling technical problems in processing fabric quality.

Process Engineering & Improvement:-

i.Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objective and productivity targets according to fabric quality.

ii.Proper handling of machine of continuous dyeing range (i.e. monfords pad-dry,menzel washer, benninger pad steam )

iii.Right first time reproducibility.

iv.Preparation of Work In Progress (WIP) report on daily basis.

v.Trouble shooting problems at shop floor level, analysis & remedies

vi.Conducting training of workers.

vii.Manpower Handling.

viii.Bulk-To-Bulk reproducibility.

ix.Maintaining all machine parameters
