• Responsible for file review (make sure all necessary paperwork (Loan Estimates, HUD1, Purchase Contract, MI, HOI, Appraisal, Title Commitment, etc.) is in file and has not expired, disclosing initial CD to borrower, balance CD with title, schedule a closing date with title agent, create, review, and send final documents to title for closing, set and send wire, review final signed documents, and give funding approval.

• Applied well practiced multitasking abilities to consistently manage a closing pipeline of at least 45-50 loans per month. The pipeline always included a product mix of bonds (IL and MN), refi, conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans in IL, IN, MN, WI, FL, VA, PA, NY, MD, NJ, and AZ, as well as new construction loans in IL, FL, and NJ.
