Running trail, problem rectification & Modification.

Looking after every kind of breakdown, corrective, preventive maintenance & modification work of complete Ash Handling System

Wet ash system: Bottom ash(Submerged scraperchain conveyor&Jet pumping system/ W-Type& VVV-Type hopper, Bad ash system), High concentration slurry disposal(HCSD)system (GEHO pump) and ash slurry series.

Wet ash unloading & slurry disposal system (silo to ash pond), bottom ash to de-watering bin system.

Fly ash system: ESP/APH/DUCT hopper ash conveying (Dense phase & veccum system) PD-pump, & ash vessel.

Silo unloading system: ash conditioner & Unloading spout.

Proper processof PTW (Permit to Work) system, Safe isolation & normalization, Man power & Equipment Safety.

Daily maintain the DPR, Equipment log book, defect logbook, permit logbook.

Man power handling and proper utilization.

To create& review the scope of work by coordinating with maintenance & operation teams.

To make sure the work quality and safety.
