The Media Center was a large studio that created illustrations, photography, books, classroom aids, video programs, field videotaping, computer-based training modules, and online training for FSIS employees in the food safety industry.

As an employee and later as a working supervisor:

- Delivered training to 15,000 Food Safety and Inspection System employees

- Designed a 5000 square foot studio, equipped and staffed it

- Performed illustration, graphic design, book layout, product photography, videotaping, CBT design,

e-learning design, and classroom aids

- Created the first online image library with thousands of original assets

- Received numerous personal awards and projects nominated for department level awards

- Completed dozens of training programs in a variety of formats
