Has a wide experience in project management from start to implementation of petrochemical projects; with full application of the Project Management System’s methodology (has two PMS trainings in Argentina). Also masters the EPC, EPCM, LSTK and FEED contracts.

Prevention and protection against fire and explosions, safety monitoring and risk processes. Risk management in hydrocarbon processing, occupational safety, emergency answers, HAZOP, HAZID, WHAT IF, LOPA, FTA Analysis, qualitative and quantitative risk research and analysis consequences

Safety Management in Construction, Environmental Safety monitoring interacting with multiple contractors for provision of engineering contracts, materials and labor

FAT/SAT pre-commissioning /commissioning activities, for more than a hundred projects

POSITION: QHSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPECIALIST FOR OPERATIONS OF OIL & GAS, ARGENTINA REPORTING TO: SIPC Beijing / QHES Manager & President & General Manager of Sinopec Argentina E & P Accountabilities:

Provide expert advice on all HSE related matters and support Company Operations and Projects by ensuring the effective implementation of the clients HSEMS. Provide assurance by being the technical reference of the audit function. Monitor and follow up to closure all HSE actions, Recommendations, and Findings in the new HSE Information Management System (HSEIMS)

Management of Safety Risk Identification & Control Plan and Management of Change (MOC). Collects, and prepares data for the monthly safety progress report and statistics on all field safety matters

Provide training on QHES Management System

Provide operation oversight to the company, including risk assessments and advice on hazards controls compliance, conclude recommendations and coordinate the formulations, development and implementation of the annual HSE action plan

Contribute to the development of the Company’s HSE risk register

Manage Operations safety audits and safety checks of assigned Business Units and perform as a focal point and report on a regular basis the progress of the closure of the identified gaps

Review, update and amend to keep current, as required the company safety guide

Inspects new equipment/process prior to commissioning, reviews related designs and installation plans to ensure conformity to Company safety standards and regulations
