Provide timely operational support to Principal Investigators, institutional personnel and stakeholders in all aspects of grant application and post award management resulting in efficient support, processing and reporting

Extract and organize information for review and/or funding decisions for Board members

Financial analysis and audit assistance

Track status and analyze reports for contract related compliance

Review financial reporting and generate payments to grantee institution resulting in clean internal financials and audits

Link assigned reviewers to specific proposals in grant system

Maintain database of payments issued, returned, transferred or reissued

Maintain webpage listings to simplify for end-users

Respond to support services HELP/INQUIRY emails

Project Management of scope of work for 13 clinical sites across the US and Canada

Create marketing and promotion materials for families and clinicians

Administrative support of Nursing and Behavioral Science workgroups working to ease family burden

Modify grant and/or cooperative agreements as needed

Maintain detailed documentation of all grant related activities

Expense Report preparation

Meeting/venue planning and logistics

Calendar and travel management supporting and easing workload on senior leadership
