Turned over three distressed projects into successful and high gross margin projects. Won over 1.5 billion in new projects in first two years.

Managed a 240-location renovation and system update project across the United States for Frito Lay. Responsible for the management and training of 16 project managers, hiring, negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, payment approvals, weekly scheduling updates, and customer interaction. Managed several projects financed by a $450 million bond issue by the School District. Managed design updates, managed several project managers responsible for daily work activities, administered weekly meetings with consultants and contractors; trained project managers; and provided client relations, problem solving, and advising on various issues on all projects. Project name – Sacramento Frito Lay Distribution Center. Client – PepsiCo/Frito Lay Sacramento, California, USA. Project construction Cost - US$13.2 Million. Participated in the development and entitlement of a new 66,000 square foot Frito Lay distribution center in Sacramento. Responsible for interaction and discussion with consultants and city and county officials; preparation of documentation for processing and execution, and coordination between the headquarters staff in Texas and consultants and officials in California.
